The MK System company was established in 2004. From the beginning, it specialized in importing USB flash drives for the needs of advertising agencies. Orders were carried out in factories in the Far East, and the minimum deadline for completion was three weeks, however, the advertising market expected shorter deadlines and greater flexibility. To meet the expectations of customers, the largest USB memory stick in Poland was created. From now on, the most popular models are available immediately.
The creation of an assembly line and a marking department in Poland in 2011 allowed to significantly increase the number of models and colors available in a short time. Currently, there are about 60 products in various color options, and the popular PD-6 model is available in 304 configurations. The location of the plant in central Europe allowed for quick transport of shipments both within the territory of the EU and Eastern Europe. Each memory from the offer ordered without marking is sent on the next working day.
In 2014, the company’s image was refreshed, accompanied by a change of the name to USB System.
The constantly expanded marking department, work with the use of branded machines and components, the development of the import department and good contacts with Far Eastern suppliers allow us to successfully complete each entrusted task.
In 2020, in order to meet the new situation on the advertising market caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the SafetyGifts brand was introduced. It is a series of advertising, antibacterial gels and liquids for disinfecting hands and surfaces, registered with the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products and BAuA (Die Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin). All products contain as much as 70% alcohol, Aloe and Glycerin. This is Polish, constantly controlled production, which means the highest quality, low prices, completion time in just 3 working days and a minimum production of 50 pieces.
Competitive offer, attractive prices and reliability allowed the company to gain recognition from a wide range of customers from many European countries and the leading position on the Polish market. The confirmation of our strong position are repeatedly awarded prizes such as: “Korony Reklamy”, “Worth recommending” for the Producer of Advertising Gifts, “Gifts of The Year” or “Super Gifts”.
USB System is an active member of PSI, the largest association of the advertising industry in Europe, a participant in the programs “Rzetelna Firma”, “Solidni w Biznesie” and “Firma Przyjazna Natury”.
